In your 1:1 movement sessions with me, I walk alongside you as a guide, facilitator and co-conspirator. I am not your doctor, guru or friend in the casual sense. Within a loving container of confidentiality, consent and clear boundaries, I bring a wide array of skills and practices for you experience on your journey into the place where mind, body and spirit meet.
I work privately with a limited number of women using a wide range of modalities that include:

Hey, I’m Lily,
I’m here to empower you to trust your body, love yourself and live unapologetically. Over the span of 20 years, I’ve turned my focus from dance as strictly performance to movement as a healing modality, adding Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher and Integrative Holotropic Breathwork Practitioner to my toolbox to support you deeper.
I hope to be your personal companion on your journey back into your body and reclaiming the hidden aspects of yourself and your womanhood.
I work with clients in engagements of 6 months & 12 months
We start with a package of four (4) sessions. This helps to determine if we are a good fit. If we both agree to continue to work with each other, those four sessions count toward the duration of our work together.

All sessions are 55 minutes and will be held once weekly in a private virtual meeting room.
In addition to the support you receive during each session, you will have access to me and my support, Monday through Thursday via a private chat in Voxer.
For our sessions, you’ll need a yoga mat and enough space to take two steps in any direction.
Women join these sessions from their bedrooms, offices and backyards.
*In person sessions are available for an additional charge.
